As guests of your home and office, we will always treat your property with the utmost care and respect, working to ensure that our visit is courteous, thorough, and professional.
M&M Cleaning Services is based on open communication with you. We strongly encourage your presence during our visit to guide our efforts during the initial walkthrough.
Based on this walk-through, we will provide you with a written estimate before starting any work. Your signature on this estimate is a part of our "No Surprise Pricing" guarantee.
Once finished we encourage a final inspection to ensure everything is to your specifications.
Upon contacting M&M Cleaning Services to schedule an appointment, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and the rate quoted.
Full payment by cash or check is accepted at the conclusion of service.
College students and seniors 62 and up receive a 10% discount.
There is a $25 cancellation fee if a 24-hour advance notice is not provided.
There is a $30 travel fee if your place is not accessible to render services.
